Intelligent Devices for the Transmission of Natural Gas Consumption Data
Pursuant to paragraph 7, subparagraph 7 of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 761 dated June 21, 2024 (hereinafter – the “Resolution”), regarding the financing of measures to ensure intelligent metering of natural gas consumption through the installation of natural gas consumption data transmission devices for households and budgetary institutions, the Joint Stock Company “Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine” announces the call for applications.

Completed application forms, duly filled in and signed with an electronic signature, shall be submitted to au.moc.udf%40eciffo no later than October 31, 2025.
Conditions:
1. To obtain state support as defined in subparagraph 6, paragraph 2 of the Conditions for the Provision of State Financial Support for the Implementation of Measures in the Field of Energy Efficiency, Increased Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Alternative Fuels, and Reduction of Carbon Emissions (Annex 1 to the Procedure for the Use of Funds of the Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Transformation Fund approved by the Resolution) (hereinafter – the “Conditions”), budgetary institutions and gas distribution network operators (hereinafter – the “Applicants”) shall submit applications to the Company using the form established by the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE), specifying the technical characteristics and quantity of the respective devices.
2. The Company shall summarize the submitted applications and, within the scope of financing allocated for the relevant year under the direction defined in subparagraph 6, paragraph 2 of these Conditions, procure the natural gas consumption data transmission devices to ensure intelligent metering of natural gas consumption by households and budgetary institutions (hereinafter – the “Devices”).
3. The Devices procured in accordance with these Conditions shall be transferred (alienated) free of charge by the Company to gas distribution network operators for installation at households and on the premises of budgetary institutions.
4. Applicants shall, within six months from the date of receipt of the Devices from the Company, ensure their installation at households and budgetary institutions, and notify the Company of the installation, providing supporting documentation.
5. In case the Company identifies a breach by Applicants regarding the installation of the Devices, the Applicants shall reimburse the Company for the expenses related to the procurement of the Devices.
6. Applicants shall annually, by December 10, submit to the Company consolidated information on the installation of the Devices for households and budgetary institutions.
7. Upon request of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, Applicants shall provide information on the results of the operation of the Devices using the form established by the Agency.
