The Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Decarbonization Fund” provides concessional loans for financing projects in the field of energy efficiency.
State support is available to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, municipal and state-owned enterprises, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), and local self-government bodies.

Oleh Tarasiuk

Member of the Management Board

From 2001 to 2007, he studied at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Law. In February 2017, he obtained a PhD in Economics from the National Academy of Management. In August 2020, he graduated with honors from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
From 2009 to 2020, he held senior positions in the state tax and fiscal authorities. Since 2020, he has managed state-owned enterprises, gaining extensive experience in implementing government projects and programs at strategically important facilities for Ukraine’s economy.

She graduated from the Mykolaiv branch of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a degree in Finance.
With 22 years of professional experience, she has progressed from a specialist to a company executive, gaining extensive expertise in various areas of financial management — including credit network development, borrower risk analysis, and the design and implementation of new lending products.
She actively participates in international and charitable initiatives aimed at the socio-economic recovery of the Mykolaiv region.

From 2012 to 2018, he studied at the National University “Odesa Law Academy,” where he earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with honors in Law. In 2023, he graduated from the State Tax University with a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.Since 2018, he has worked as a legal professional within the tax authorities. Starting in 2020, he has held positions in state-owned enterprises, advancing from specialist to member of the management board of a state joint-stock company.Throughout his career, he has gained solid experience in legal support for government programs in strategically important sectors of Ukraine’s economy.At JSC “UDF,” he is responsible for legal affairs.
